Hvilken temperatur? Hvor lenge? Hvilken
posisjon?
I tabellen kan De finne en rekke retter som kan
tillages med kontaktgrillen. Den viser også hvilke
temperaturer som skal innstilles, hvor lenge
maten skal grilles og den mest hensiktsmessige
posisjonen. Tiden til forvarming er ikke inkludert i
grilltiden.
I løpet av grillingen vil indikatorlampen lyse av og
til. Dette betyr at kontaktgrillen stabiliserer den
innstilte temperaturen. De kan fortsette grillingen.
Grilltider og temperaturer kan selvfølgelig
tilpasses Deres egen smak.
Videre avhenger innstillingen av hvilken type mat
(kjøtt), matens tykkelse og temperaturen til maten
før grilling.

Tips
Ved tillaging av kjøtt til gryteretter, kylling,
svinekjøtt, stek først kjøttet en kort tid på høy
temperatur (5). Stek så kjøttet ferdig på en
innstilling lavere.
