• Για να πάρει η τροφή
γενικά καλύτερη
καφετί απχρωση,
συνιστάται να
ανοίξετε το καπάκι
και να σηκώσετε και
να κουνήσετε το
καλάθι 2-3 φορές
κατά το τηγάνισµα
(Eικ. 22). Θα πρέπει
να είστε προσεκτικοί µε τους ατµούς
τηγανίσµατος που διαφεύγουν ταν
ανοίγετε το καπάκι.
Aν χρησιµοποιήσετε κοµµάτια νέου
στερεοποιηµένου λίπους για τηγάνισµα
– Λιώστε τα κοµµάτια
σε ξεχωριστή χύτρα
σε χαµηλή
θερµοκρασία
(Eικ. 23).

Παρακαλούµε
σηµειώστε: Προσέχετε πάντοτε τη χύτρα
στην οποία λιώνετε το λίπος.
Mην αφήνετε τα παιδιά να πηγαίνουν κοντά.
– Σβήστε τη συσκευή στην οποία είναι η
χύτρα µλις λιώσει το λίπος.
– Bάλτε το τηγάνι σε στεγν νεροχύτη.
– Aδειάστε πολύ προσεκτικά το λιωµένο
λίπος µέσα στη φριτέζα.
– Mετά µεταφέρετε προσεκτικά τη φριτέζα
στο µέρος που θέλετε να την
χρησιµοποιήσετε. Bάλτε το φις στην πρίζα
του τοίχου και θέστε την σε λειτουργία.
Aν χρησιµοποιήσετε λίπος, το οποίο
χρησιµοποιήσατε προηγουµένως και έχει
στερεωποιηθεί στη φριτέζα
• Λιώστε το χρησιµοποιώντας µνον την
παρακάτω µέθοδο, διαφορετικά υπάρχει
κίνδυνος, ζεστ λιωµένο λίπος να
εκτοξεύεται ξαφνικά απ κάτω µέσα απ
την επιφάνεια του λίπους που είναι ακµη
στερεά.
• Aποθηκεύστε τη χύτρα µε το
στερεοποιηµένο λίπος σε θερµοκρασία
δωµατίου. Aν το λίπος είναι πολύ κρύο
υπάρχει µεγαλύτερος κίνδυνος
πιτσιλίσµατος.
• Aνοίξτε προσεκτικά µερικές οπές στο λίπος
(Eικ. 24), προσέχοντας να µην προκαλέσετε
βλάβη στο θερµαντικ στοιχείο.
– Bάλτε το καπάκι στη φριτέζα.
– Θέστε την σε λειτουργία, επιλέγοντας την
θερµοκρασία 160°C (Eικ. 25).
– Aφήστε το καπάκι επάνω για να µην
προκαλούνται πιτσιλίσµατα κατά το λιώσιµο
του λίπους.
Mετά το τηγάνισµα
– Mετά το τηγάνισµα, κρεµάστε το καλάθι
τηγανίσµατος στην υψηλή θέση (δηλ. στη
«θέση αποστράγγισης») (Eικ. 26).
Aφήστε την τηγανισµένη τροφή να
στραγγίσει για λίγο.
Aν χρειάζεται, κουνήστε το καλάθι πάνω
απ τη φριτέζα για να φύγει το επιπλέον
λίπος/λάδι (Eικ. 27).
– Πάρτε το καλάθι κι
αδειάστε την τροφή
σε δοχείο µε τρύπες
στο οποίο έχετε
βάλει απορροφητικ
χαρτί (π.χ.
χαρτί/ρολ κουζίνας)
(Eικ. 28).
