waterreservoir vast te houden.
Problemen oplossen
Dit hoofdstuk behandelt in het kort de problemen die u kunt tegenkomen
tijdens het gebruik van het apparaat. Als u het probleem niet kunt oplossen
met de informatie hieronder, ga dan naar www.philips.com/support
voor een lijst met veelgestelde vragen of neem contact op met het
Consumer Care Centre in uw land.
Probleem Mogelijkeoorzaak Oplossing
De strijkplankhoes
wordt nat of er
zijn waterdruppels
op het kledingstuk
gekomen tijdens
het strijken.
Stoom is gecondenseerd op
de strijkplank na een lange
strijkbeurt.
Vervang de strijkplankhoes als het
schuimmateriaal versleten is. U kunt ook
een extra laag vilt onder de strijkplankhoes
aanbrengen om condensatie op de strijkplank
te voorkomen. U kunt vilt in een stofwinkel
kopen.
U hebt een strijkplankhoes die
niet bestand is tegen het hoge
stoomniveau van het apparaat.
Leg een extra laag vilt onder de
strijkplankhoes om condensatie op de
strijkplank te voorkomen. U kunt vilt in een
stoffenwinkel kopen.
Er komen
waterdruppeltjes
uit de zoolplaat.
De stoom die in de slang is
achtergebleven, is afgekoeld en in
water omgezet. Dit veroorzaakt
waterdruppels die uit de
zoolplaat komen.
Stoom gedurende enkele seconden uit de
buurt van het kledingstuk.
Er komt stoom en/
of water onder de
EASY DE-CALC-
knop vandaan.
De EASY DE-CALC-knop is niet
goed vastgedraaid.
Schakel het apparaat uit en wacht 2 uur tot
het apparaat is afgekoeld. Schroef de EASY
DE-CALC-knop los en schroef deze stevig
terug op het apparaat. Opmerking: er kan
wat water ontsnappen wanneer u de knop
verwijdert.
De rubberen afdichtring van
de EASY DE-CALC-knop is
versleten.
Neem contact op met een door Philips
geautoriseerd servicecentrum voor een
nieuwe EASY DE-CALC-knop.
Vuil water en
verontreinigingen
komen uit de
zoolplaat of de
zoolplaat is vuil.
Onzuiverheden of chemicaliën in
het water hebben zich afgezet in
de stoomgaatjes van de zoolplaat
en/of op de zoolplaat zelf.
Maak de zoolplaat schoon met een vochtige
doek.
