1 Letakkan setrika pada tumitnya dan setel suhu penyetrikaan
yang diinginkan dengan memutar pengatur suhu ke posisi yang
sesuai.
- Periksa label perawatan pakaian untuk mengetahui suhu setrika yang
diperlukan:
- 1 Kain sintetis (umpamanya akrilik, viskose, poliamide, poliester).
- 1 Sutera
- 2 Wol
- 3 Katun, linen
- Jika Anda tidak tahu jenis kain atau bahannya terbuat dari apa, cari
suhu yang sesuai dengan cara menyetrika pada bagian yang tak
terlihat apabila Anda mengenakannya
- Sutra, bahan seperti wol dan sintetis: balikkan kain saat menyetrikanya
guna mencegah bercak-bercak yang mengkilap. Hindari menggunakan
fungsi semprot untuk mencegah noda.
- Mulai menyetrika bahan yang memerlukan suhu setrika paling rendah,
seperti bahan kain serat sintetis.
2 Masukkan steker listrik pada stopkontak dinding yang memiliki
arde.
3 Apabila lampu suhu padam, tunggu sebentar sebelum mulai
menyetrika.

Lampu suhu sesekali akan menyala selagi Anda menyetrika.
Mati otomatis (hanya GC2030)
Jika fungsi pemutus panas otomatis sudah diaktifkan (lampu putus
otomatis akan berkedip), gerakkan setrika perlahan-lahan untuk
menonaktifkannya. Lampu pemutus panas otomatis akan padam.

2 Pilih setelan uap yang sesuai. Pastikan setelan uap yang dipilih
sesuai dengan suhu penyetrikaan yang dipilih:
- q untuk uap sedang (setelan suhu 2 sampai 3.
- w untuk uap maksimum (setelan suhu 3 hingga MAX).

Setrika akan mulai mengeluarkan uap setelah suhu yang disetel
tercapai.
