Antes da primeira utilização
Montar as escovas laterais
1 Retire as escovas laterais da embalagem.
2 Introduzaasescovaslateraisnoseixosnaparteinferiordorobot(g.7).
Nota: Assegure-se de que encaixa as escovas laterais correctamente. Pressione-as sobre o eixo até as
ouvir encaixar na posição correcta com um estalido.
Colocar a bateria recarregável
Tem de colocar a bateria recarregável antes de utilizar o robot.
1 Coloqueorobotnumasuperfícieplanaeestávelàsuafrentecomaprotecçãoamortecedora
voltada para si.
2 Pressionermementeasduasáreasranhuradasnatampadadivisãodocompartimentopara
póparaadesbloquear(g.8).
3 Retireatampadorobotdeslizando-a(g.9).
4 Introduzaachadabateriarecarregávelnoconectornacavidadedabateriarecarregável.
Nota: A cha só encaixa no conector numa posição: com a patilha na parte lateral do gancho no
conector (g. 10).
5 Coloqueabateriarecarregávelnarespectivacavidade(g.11).
6 Deslizeatampadadivisãodocompartimentoparapósobreorobotatéestaencaixarnasua
posição(g.12).
Nota: Assegure-se de que os dois fechos da tampa são introduzidos nos orifícios apropriados na estrutura
do robot. O robot não funciona e o indicador do compartimento para pó ca intermitente quando os
fechos da tampa não são inseridos correctamente (consulte o capítulo “Utilizar o robot”, secção “Sinais
do indicador e o seu signicado”).
Preparar para a utilização
Carregue a bateria durante, no mínimo, 4 horas de cada vez para se assegurar de que a bateria
recarregável alcança o seu melhor desempenho e tem uma vida útil longa. Uma bateria totalmente
carregada proporciona-lhe um tempo de funcionamento de aprox. 50 minutos em pavimentos.
Carregamento
1 Assegure-sedequeobotãoligar/desligarestánaposiçãoOFFquandoiniciarocarregamento
do robot.
2 Insiraachapequenadotransformadornatomadaparaachapequenanorobot.Ligueo
transformadoraumatomadaeléctrica(g.13).
3 Quando a bateria recarregável está a carregar, o indicador da bateria apresenta uma
intermitêncialenta(g.14).
4 Quando a bateria recarregável está completamente carregada, o indicador de bateria
permanececontinuamenteaceso(g.15).
Nota: O botão ligar/desligar poderá estar na posição ON durante o carregamento. Nesse caso, o robot
não funcionará quando premir uma vez o botão ligar/desligar para iniciar uma nova limpeza. É
necessário premir o botão ligar/desligar uma segunda vez para ligar o robot.
