Sitzendes Verhalten
Langes Sitzen ist ungünstig. Um die negativen Folgen zu kompensieren, erinnert dich
die Funktion für sitzendes Verhalten mit einem kurzen Vibrationswecker daran, dich zu
bewegen. Das Zeitintervall des Vibrationsweckers für Bewegungspausen beim Sitzen
lässt sich in der Philips HealthSuite Health App festlegen.
Wecker, Stoppuhr und Zeitgeber
Tippe im Menü auf das Uhrensymbol. Wische nach links oder rechts zum Auswählen
von Wecker, Stoppuhr oder Zeitgeber.
- Wecker: Du kannst die Stunden für den Wecker durch Tippen auf die Symbole + und
– festlegen. Tippe auf das Häkchensymbol zur Bestätigung. Lege dann die Minuten
durch Tippen auf das Symbol + oder – fest. Tippe erneut auf das Häkchensymbol,
