-Littekens: vaak het bijkomende effect van een brandwond en het
kan langer dan een maand duren voordat deze zijn verdwenen.
-Folliculitis (zwelling rond haarzakjes in combinatie met de vorming
van puistjes): deze reactie komt zeer zelden voor en is het gevolg
van bacteriën die de beschadigde huid binnendringen. Raadpleeg
uw huisarts als deze reactie zich voordoet omdat folliculitis
mogelijk met een antibiotische zalf moet worden behandeld.
-Overmatige pijn: dit kan voorkomen tijdens of na de behandeling
als u het apparaat hebt gebruikt op huid die niet vrij is van haren,
als u het apparaat gebruikt op een te hoge lichtintensiteit voor uw
huidtint, als u meerdere malen een flits afgeeft op hetzelfde
gebied en als u het apparaat gebruikt op open wonden,
ontstekingen, infecties, tatoeages, brandwonden enzovoort.
Nazorg
Na gebruik kunt u gerust lotion, crème, deodorant, huidolie of make-up op
de behandelde gebieden aanbrengen. Als uw huid na behandeling rood of
geïrriteerd is, brengt u geen producten aan op uw huid totdat de roodheid
of irritatie is verdwenen. Als uw huid geïrriteerd raakt nadat u een product
op uw huid hebt aangebracht, wast u het eraf met water.
Opmerking: Ook als u alle instructies volgt, is er toch een kans dat er
huidreacties optreden. Gebruik in dat geval het apparaat niet meer en neem
contact op met het Philips Consumer Care Center in uw land.
Schoonmaken en opbergen
Schakel het apparaat na gebruik uit, haal de stekker uit het stopcontact en
laat het apparaat afkoelen.
