Recept van facebook groep Philips Airfryer bak avonturen
Duitse Kaasfondue
Normaal gebruiken ze daarvoor Zwitserse kazen maar ik had hem met 2
Duitse kazen: Cambozola is een Duitse kaas kaas met een beetje een
combinatie van Franse camembert en Italiaanse gorgonzola. Nieheimer
Kase die een licht pittige karwei smaak heeft door de karweizaadjes die
zijn toegevoegd.
Ingrediënten
o 100 gram cambozola
o 100 gram nieheimer kaze
o scheutje duitse witte wijn
o knoflook
o 1 rode paprika
o 1 gele paprika
o 1 selderijsteel
o 1 kleine wortel
o kletzenbrood of roggenbrood
Werkwijze
Snij de kazen in blokjes en verdeel deze in vuurvaste schaaltjes. Giet daar
een heel klein beetje witte wijn bij en in elk bakje 1 teen geperste
knoflook. Zet de bakjes in de Airfryer en gratineer de kaas 10 minuten
160graden.
Snij tussendoor de groentes in mooie reepjes en maak de borden klaar.
Snij het brood in blokjes en serveer dat op de kaasfondue en erbij.
Dit kombineert ook heel erg goed met preiselbeeren jam.
Wanneer de kaas warm is dip de groentes en het brood in de kaas en
smullen maar.
