Recept van facebook groep Philips Airfryer bak avonturen
Rollade met Italiaanse hartstocht
Lekker met zoete aardappels en asperges en tomaten.
Ingrediënten voor 2 personen
o 2 kalfsschnitzels
o 2 sneetjes parmaham
o 50 gram gesneden rode kool
o 20 gram parmezaanschilfers
o 6 zongedroogde tomaatjes
o 2 takjes tijm
o peper en zout uit de molen
o 2 zoete aardappels
o 2 tenen knoflook
o 1 kleine ui
o 1 eetlepel pesto
o 1 citroen
Werkwijze
Stap 1:
Beleg elk plakje kalfsschnitzel met een half sneetje parmaham,
parmazaanschilfers en fijngesneden zongedroogde tomaten, rode kool
snippers en verse tijm. Op smaak brengen met peper en zout uit de molen.
Rol de belegde plakjes op tot rolletjes en bind deze indien mogelijk met
wat keukentouw.
Maak kleine sliertjes van een citroen met een mesje.
Smeer op elk rolletje wat pesto. Leg hier de citroenschil op.
Stap 2:
Snij de zoete aardappels, asperges, knoflook, ui, fijn en de cherrytomaten
half door. Meng het in een schaal met de light kaas en breng op smaak met
1 lepel olijfolie en per en zout.
Pak een vuurvaste schaal en leg hier de groentemengeling in. Rooster deze
op 150 graden 25 minuten in de Airfryer.
Leg nu de Involtini erop en bak dit als een ovenschotel nog eens 25
minuten 140 graden.
Mooi opdienen met wat pesto en olijfoliedruppels en verse tijm of
rozemarijn.
