Recept van facebook groep Philips Airfryer bak avonturen
Mini Pavlova’s met fruit
Pavlovataart is op basis van geklopt eiwit wat vaak met verse vruchten
wordt geserveerd. De taart is heel populair in gerecht en een belangrijk
Australië en Nieuw-Zeeland. Omdat ze eenvoudig te bereiden is, wordt ze
veel opgediend bij feesten en op feestdagen.
Ook makkelijk om te maken in je Airfryer met behulp van je Grillpan
accessoire.
Ingrediënten
o 1 citroen, schoongeboend
o 2 eieren, gesplitst
o 100 g witte basterdsuiker
o 2 tl maïzena, gezeefd
o 125 g aardbeien
o 60 g frambozen
o 1 theelepel citroensap
o 1 theelepel citroenrasp
o ½ peer (conference, geschild)
o ½ el poedersuiker
o 12ml slagroom
Werkwijze
Verwarm de Airfryer voor op 160 graden. Rasp de gele schil van de
citroen en pers de vrucht uit.
Klop de eiwitten in een schone, droge kom stijf. Voeg de basterdsuiker toe
en klop tot het eiwit glanst en pieken vormt. Voeg de maïzena, 1 tl
citroenrasp en 1 tl citroensap toe. Leg een op maat geknipt bakmatje in de
Airfryer en spuit daarop de rozetten eiwitschuim.
Bak deze af: 120 graden 25 minuten. (viva model) of op 110 graden 25
Minuten (avance XL)
Zet de Airfryer uit (niet open maken) en laat de rozetten nog 1 uur in de
Airfryer staan.
Neem eruit en laat afkoelen. Meng ondertussen de aardbeien met de
frambozen. Meng de rest van het citroensap met de poedersuiker en schenk
over het fruit. Klop de slagroom stijf en voeg de laatste minuut de rest van
het citroenrasp toe.
Spuit de room op de pavlova rozetten en garneer af met vers fruit.
