2,5 dl hackade nötter
1 Pressa bitarna av morot, ananas och äpple. Använd fruktköttet som samlats i
fruktköttsbehållaren.
2 Blanda fruktköttet av morot, ananas och äpple. Tillsätt honung, socker, olja och vaniljsocker
och blanda ordentligt. Häll i lite i taget av de torra ingredienserna tills de blandats i.
3 Rör ned kokosingor och nötter. Häll upp i en smörad bakform. Grädda i 160 °C i ungefär
45-55 minuter.
Obs! Det här receptet går även utmärkt att använda till mufns. Fyll mufnsformar till 3/4 och grädda i
40 minuter.
