U.K. WIRING INSTRUCTIONS
The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:
BLUE = neutral, BROWN = LIVE, GREEN-YELLOW = EARTH
As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the colour
markings identifying the terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter N or coloured black.
The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the
letter L or coloured red.
The wire which is coloured GREEN-YELLOW must be connected to the earth terminal which is marked
with the letter E or or coloured green and yellow.

AVANT L'EMPLOI
Lisez attentivement ce mode d'emploi et conservez-le afin de pouvoir le consulter ultérieurement si
nécessaire. Assurez-vous que le voltage de votre logement correspond à celui indiqué sur l'appareil.
Raccordez l’appareil uniquement à une prise de terre.
La bouilloire est équipée d’un filtre (amovible) intégré dans l’orifice du verseur. La bouilloire se détache
de son socle et peut pivoter de 360 degrés ce qui la rend très pratique à utiliser aussi bien pour les droi-
tiers que les gauchers. L’élément de chauffe intégré est résistant au calcaire ce qui lui garantit une longue
durée de vie. Equipée d’un interrupteur marche/arrêt éclairé et d’un dispositif de verrouillage du couver-
cle pour la sécurité. Pour ouvrir le couvercle, il suffit d’appuyer sur le bouton. Triple sécurité intégrée :
arrêt automatique, protection anti-usage à sec et protection anti-surchauffe.
UTILISATION DE LA BOUILLOIRE
Utiliser la bouilloire uniquement pour faire bouillir de l’eau. Ne pas l’utiliser pour tout autre liquide ou
autres ingrédients. Faire d’abord bouillir une pleine bouilloire pour la nettoyer; ne pas utiliser cette eau.
Toujours remplir la bouilloire de façon à ce que le niveau d’eau arrive entre les traits minimum et
maximum. S’il n’y a pas suffisamment d’eau, la bouilloire s’arrêtera trop tôt et s’il y en a trop, l’eau
pourra déborder. Toujours détacher le récipient de son socle pour le remplir d’eau afin de ne pas renverser
de l’eau à l’intérieur du socle.
