Mise sous tension de la radio
A. Alimentation par les piles
1. Installez les piles, tournez le couvercle des piles dans le sens
antihoraire pour le dévisser et le retirer.
Remarque:
Avant d’installer les piles, lorsque vous utilisez des
piles non-rechargeable, assurez-vous que le commutateur
NiMH/NiCad/Alcaline positionné sous le compartiment à piles est
positionné sur Alcaline. Si vous utilisez des piles rechargeables,
assurez-vous de positionner le commutateur NiMH/NiCad/Alcaline
sur NiMH/NiCad.
2. Insert 8 piles D (UM-1) dans le compartiment. Assurez-vous d’installer
les piles conformément au diagramme.
3. Insert 2 piles AA (UM-3) dans le compartiment des piles de secours.
Remarque :
Les piles de secours permettent de mémoriser les paramètres de
l’horloge et de la mémoire durant les pannes de courant. Il est
recommandé de remplacer la pile de secours tous les six mois afin de
prévenir toute fuite.
L’autonomie la radio lorsque celle-ci est alimentée par des piles varie
selon la qualité et la capacité (mAh) des piles, la température, le niveau
de volume, etc.
4. Refermez le couvercle du compartiment à piles et serrez le couvercle
en le tournant dans le sens horaire.
Lorsque vous pensez ne plus utiliser la radio pendant une période
prolongée, retirez les piles de la radio. Une réduction de puissance,
des distorsions et un “écho“ ou indicateur de batterie faible
clignotant à l’écran sont des signes indiquant que les piles doivent être
remplacées ou rechargées (voir la section Chargement des piles).
