1. Werking van de batterij
Om de batterijen te installeren, draai eerst het batterijdeksel tegen
de wijzers van de klok in om het los te maken en leg het deksel neer.
Plaats 6 x D formaat (UM-1) batterij in het compartiment.
Zorg ervoor dat de batterij erin geplaatst wordt zoals in de figuur
wordt weergegeven.
Sluit het batterijdeksel en draai het vast door met de wijzers
van de klok mee te draaien.
Indien de radio voor langere tijd niet gebruikt wordt,
wordt het aanbevolen de batterij uit de radio te verwijderen.
2. Werking van AC
Zorg er voor dat de spanning juist is voordat je de AC-kabel in de
AC-contactdoos stopt. Indien je batterijen in de radio hebt zitten
en je gebruikt de AC-stroomkabel, zullen de batterijen automatisch
uitgeschakeld worden.
Draai de “Open” naar het AC-kabelcompartiment in de positie
OPEN, trek de compartimentdeur en de cylinder van de AC-
kabelwikkelaar terug, haal de AC-kabel uit tot de vereiste lengte tot
de AC-contactdoos en plaats de AC-kabel in de schakelaar rechts
in het onderste gedeelte van de compartimentdeur. Sluit de deur.
Je kunt de AC-kabel na het gebruik binnenhalen in de
tegenovergestelde richting dan dat je gedaan hebt bij het uithalen.
