6.1 Almacenar el aparato
Desmonte y limpie el calefactor de queroseno. Vacíe el depósito, póngalo boca abajo y limpie con un paño
embebido de petróleo.
Almacene la mecha y el soporte y el depósito separados.
Almacene el aparato en un lugar seco y bien ventilado.
En el caso improbable de que haya recibido un aparato dañado o si faltaran partes, póngase en contacto con su
distribuidor.
6.2 Mantener la mecha
Después de algún tiempo de uso, se formará una sustancia parecida al alquitrán en la parte superior de la
mecha. No es necesario cortar la mecha de fibra de vidrio. Para quitar esta sustancia, queme la mecha de la
siguiente manera:
1. No introduzca petróleo en el depósito.
2. Encienda la mecha y espere hasta que la llama se apague. Ahora, la sustancia ha desaparecido.
Repita este procedimiento en cuanto la mecha no absorbe suficiente queroseno.
6.3 Cambiar la mecha
1. Desatornille las tres tuercas y quite la rejilla
de protección. Quite la chimenea.
2. Desatornille las cuatro tuercas y quite la tapa de
la mecha. Asegúrese de que no quite la junta.
3. Desatornille la terca para el botón de control de
la mecha al girar hacia la izquierda. Empuje el
botón de control de la mecha hacia usted.
4. Quite el soporte de mecha con la mecha.
Quite la mecha del soporte. Limpie la guía de
la mecha, la tapa del quemador, etc.
