Introduction
1. For the first time you use the GPS receiver, please charge battery
until it is full.
2. Don’t use GPS receiver in temperatures lower than -10°C or higher
than 60°C, or its battery charging capability will decrease. The
Lithium inside the GPS receiver should be recycled.
3. For a long period not using GPS receiver, take out the battery and
store it in dry/cool places.
4. While in the hospital, turning off the GPS receiver is strongly
recommended. Like other common equipments do, wireless GPS
receiver may also affect medical equipment which use radio
frequency and make these equipments malfunction.
5. For safety, keep the GPS receiver and all accessories out of small
children’s reach.
6. We assume no responsibility for any damages and loss resulting
from use of this manual, malfunction, dead battery, or misuse of
the product in any way.
7. Use only the supplied and approved accessories. Unauthorized
accessories, antenna, modifications or attachments could damage
the GPS receiver, and may violate regulations governing radio
devices.
8. Use a dry, clean soft cloth to clean the unit. Do not use harsh
cleaning solvents, chemicals, or strong detergents.
9. Do not open the GPS receiver by yourself. Unauthorized hacking
may damage the unit, and will void your warranty.

LED Indicator
GPS status LED
– Orange (on) – acquiring satellites, GPS position not fixed.
– Orange (blinking) – GPS position fixed, navigation.
– Blue (fast blinking) – LED blinks 3 times, Point of Interest is recorded.
– Blue (slow blinking) – low memory (about 20%).
– Blue (on) – memory full, logging stopped.
Battery status LED
– Red (blinking) – Low battery.
– Green (on) – Battery charging.
– Off – Battery charging completed.
Bluetooth status LED
– Blue (on) – Bluetooth enabled, but connection not established.
– Blue (slow blinking) – Sleep mode.
– Blue (fast blinking) – Bluetooth connection established.
Getting Started
1. Install and charge the battery.
2. Turn on the GPS Bluetooth receiver.
Switch the mode switch to NAV or LOG position. The GPS status
LED turns orange and Bluetooth status LED turns blue (only in
NAV mode).
3. Activate Bluetooth function of your PDA/PC.
Prior to activating the Bluetooth function of your PDA/PC, please
make sure the device is equipped with Bluetooth function, and the
driver software has been installed.
4. Activate Bluetooth Manager & Established New Connections.
Illustrations using PocketPC:
a. First, find the device with which you wish to establish
connection.
b. Open „Bluetooth Manager” on your PocketPC.
c. Follow the steps below.

Applications
Photo Tagger
1. Complete GPS Photo Tagger and USB drivers installation (Refer to
CD)
2. Download and install Google Earth. Google Earth has free
download version, for more information, please visit
http://earth.google.com/.
3. For further function to use the Photo Tagger software in detail,
please refer to Photo Tagger user manual located in Photo Tagger
software > Help > User Manual.
4. Use attached USB cable to connect the GPS receiver to your PC.
Please keep in mind to switch to LOG mode while using Photo
Tagger software.
locr GPS Photo
With GPS data logger and locr GPS Photo software, users are allowed to
import geotagging adds information to photos. The position (latitude /
longitude) can be written into EXIF header for the further application. Also,
locr GPS Photo can integrate travel log and digital photos by date/ time to
show photos on the map directly. Please find the installation file for
Windows XP / Vista on CD, or go to http://www.locr.com for further
information.

Wprowadzenie
1. Przed pierwszym użyciem odbiornika GPS, zalecane jest całkowite
naładowanie jego baterii.
2. Nie używaj odbiornika GPS w temperaturach niższych niż
-10°C lub wyższych niż 60°C, aby zachować dobry stan i
żywotność baterii. Wbudowana bateria powinna zostać poddana
procesowi recyklingu.
3. Jeśli odbiornik nie będzie używany przez dłuższy czas należy
wymontować baterię i przechowywać ją w suchym i chłodnym
miejscu.
4. Bardzo zalecane jest wyłączenie odbiornika GPS w szpitalach.
Praca szpitalnej aparatury medycznej wykorzystującej
częstotliwości radiowe może być zakłócona przez odbiornik.
5. W celach bezpieczeństwa przechowuj odbiornik GPS i jego
akcesoria tak, aby były niedostępne dla dzieci.
6. Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za jakiekolwiek uszkodzenia i
straty spowodowane użyciem tej instrukcji, awarią, uszkodzoną
baterią albo użyciem urządzenia niezgodnie z jego
przeznaczeniem.
7. Używaj tylko dostarczonych i zalecanych akcesoriów.
Nieautoryzowane akcesoria, antena, dodatki czy modyfikacje
mogą spowodować uszkodzenie odbiornika GPS a także łamać
regulacje dotyczące urządzeń radiowych.
8. Do czyszczenia urządzenia używaj suchego czystego i delikatnego
materiału. Nie używaj mocnych rozpuszczalników, środków
chemicznych ani mocnych detergentów.
9. Nie rozbieraj samodzielnie odbiornika GPS. Nieupoważnione
rozkręcenie urządzenia może spowodować jego uszkodzenie a
także powoduje utratę gwarancji.

– Szybko miga na niebiesko – dioda miga trzy razy, zapisywanie
interesującego Cię punktu.
– Wolno miga na niebiesko – pamięć prawie zapełniona (pozostało ~20%).
– Świeci na niebiesko – pamięć zapełniona, logowanie zatrzymane.

– Miga na czerwona – słaba bateria.
– Świeci na zielono – ładowanie baterii.
– Wyłączona – ładowanie baterii zakończone.

Przygotowanie do pracy
UWAGA: Niebezpieczeństwo wybuchu w przypadku nieprawidłowej
wymiany baterii. Wymieniać tylko na taki sam lub równoważny typ.
1. Zainstaluj i naładuj baterię.
2. Włącz odbiornik GPS.
Ustaw przełącznik trybu w pozycji NAV lub LOG, aby włączyć
odbiornik GPS. Dioda stanu baterii zapali się na pomarańczowo, a
dioda stanu Bluetooth na niebiesko (tylko w trybie NAV)
3. Włącz transmisję Bluetooth w swoim komputerze/PDA
Przed włączeniem transmisji Bluetooth upewnij się, że
komputer/PDA obsługuje ten standard a sterownik i ew.
oprogramowanie zostały poprawnie zainstalowane.

Photo Tagger
1. Zainstaluj sterowniki i aplikację Photo Tagger, które znajdują się
na dołączonej płycie CD.
2. Ściągnij i zainstaluj aplikację Google Earth. Darmową wersję
Google Earth I więcej informacji można znaleźć na stronie
http://earth.google.com/.
3. Więcej informacji dotyczących aplikacji Photo Tagger można
znaleźć w instrukcji umieszczonej w Photo Tagger > Help > User
Manual.
4. Użyj dołączonego kabla USB do podłączenia odbiornika GPS do
komputera. Należy upewnić się, że odbiornik jest włączony w trybie
LOG.

locr GPS Photo
Logowanie danych GPS wraz z aplikacją locr GPS Photo umożliwiają
dodawanie informacji GPS do zdjęć. Pozycja (szerokość i wysokość
geograficzna) może zostać zapisana w nagłówku EXIF zdjęcia i
wykorzystana w innych aplikacjach. Dodatkowo, aplikacja locr GPS Photo
umożliwia łączenie zapisu podróży i zdjęć cyfrowych wg daty / godziny a
następnie wyświetlić zdjęcia bezpośrednio na mapie. Instalator dla
systemów Windows XP i Vista znajduje się na dołączonej płycie CD a
dodatkowe informacje dostępne są na stronie http://www.locr.com .
