BEDIENUNG
Anzündung Kochmulde
Elektrische Funkenzündung
Den Brennerknopf drücken und nach links in
de Großstellung drehen. Den Knopf gedrückt
halten. Funken springen auf den Brenner über
und sorgen für automatische Zündung. Die
Flamme kann stufenlos eingestellt werden,
von groß nach klein. Sollte das nach
wiederholtem Versuch nicht gelingen, prüfen
Sie dann, ob der Brennerdeckel richtig
aufliegt.
Töpfe
Empfohlene Diameter der Topfböden:
Für den Wokbrenner min. 28-34 cm.
Für den Starkbrenner min. 22-26 cm.
Für den Normalbrenner min. 16-20 cm.
Für den Fischbrenner ein ovaler Topf.
Wokrost
Der Wokrost (Abb. 5) wird bei Töpfen mit
rundem Boden verwendet.

Zuviel Hitze entweicht
am Topf entlang.
Gut:
Die Hitze verteilt sich
gleichmäßig über den
Topfboden.
Tip:
Beim Kochen den Deckel auf dem Topf lassen
und Sie sparen bis zu 50 % Energie. Saubere
Töpfe nehmen besser Wärme auf.
