Fonction Description
Air pulsé
Le plat est cuit par de l'air pulsé provenant
de l'arrière du four.
Cette fonction fournit une chaleur uniforme
et convient parfaitement à la cuisson.
Insérez la lèchefrite au niveau 2.
Température recommandée : 180 °C.
Il est conseillé de préchauffer le four.

Air pulsé ECO
Le plat est cuit par de l'air pulsé.
L'air pulsé ECO consomme moins d'énergie
mais offre le même résultat que le mode air
pulsé. La cuisson nécessite quelques minutes
supplémentaires.
Cette fonction est utilisée pour le rôtissage
de la viande ou la cuisson des pâtisseries.
Insérez la lèchefrite au niveau 2.
Température recommandée : 180 °C.
Grâce à l'utilisation de la chaleur résiduelle, ce
mode consomme moins d'énergie (conformément
à la classe énergétique EN 60350-1). Avec cette
fonction, la température réelle dans le four
n'est pas affichée.

Chaleur de sole + Ventilateur
Le plat est cuit par la chaleur de sole,
en combinaison avec le ventilateur.
La chaleur circule autour du plat.
Cette fonction est utilisée pour la cuisson des
pâtes à levure et contribue à la conservation
des fruits et légumes.
Insérez la lèchefrite au niveau 2.
Température recommandée : 180 °C.
