Top Heat + Bottom Heat Setting
Heat is radiated from top and bottom heating elements
located at the top and bottom of the oven cavity.
This setting is suitable for traditional baking and roasting.
Pastry or meat can only be baked/roasted at one height
level (in one guide).

Top Heat Setting
Heat is radiated only from the heating element located at
the top of the oven cavity.
It is used when you wish to bake/roast the top part of
your dish.

Bottom Heat Setting
Heat is radiated only by the heating element located at
the bottom of the oven cavity.
Particularly useful with dishes and baked goods that
require a distinctive bottom crust or browning.
Use just before the end of the baking or roasting time.

Grill Setting
Food is heated by the infrared (grill) heater.
This setting can be used for grilling a smaller amount of
open sandwiches, beer sausages, and for toasting bread.

Large Grill Setting
Heat is radiated directly by the infrared (grill) heater
located at the oven ceiling. Simultaneously the top oven
heating element is activated to enhance the heating
effect.
It is used for grilling smaller quantities of sandwiches,
meat, frankfurter sausages, and toasting bread.

Grill + Fan setting
The heat generated by the top heating elements is
distributed by the fan.
This setting can be used for grilling meat and fish.
