Bruineren
Om uw gerechten een bruin korstje te geven,
schakelt u nog enige minuten het grillelement
in. Wacht tot de bovenzijde goudbruin is.
Kleine stukken vlees
Gegrild vlees behoudt zijn natuurlijke aroma
wanneer u het van te voren niet invet.
Grote stukken vlees
Deze kunnen eventueel met een dun laagje
olie of boter worden ingesmeerd, om
uitdrogen te voorkomen.
Drogen
Om fruit, groente en kruiden goed te
conserveren moet u de temperatuur op ca.
60-80 °C instellen.
Ontdooien
U kunt ontdooien met de ventilator van de
hetelucht-oven. Haal de diepvriesproducten
uit de verpakking en leg ze in een schaal.
Schuif de schaal op het rooster in richel 1. Zet
de ovenknop van de heteluchtoven op
stand en de temperatuur op de nulstand
(de ventilator blaast nu koude lucht).
Ontdooitijden van bevroren producten
Te ontdooien gerecht tijd in minuten
1000 gr. vis of 500 g. vlees 60 - 90
1000 gr. gevogelte of vlees 90 - 120
500 gr. braadworst 30 - 50
300 gr. fruit (aardbeien) 30 - 45
500 gr. lage taarten 20 - 30
500 gr. brood 30 - 40

Hetelucht-grillen
Braadslede op richel 1 in de oven plaatsen.
Grillgerecht midden op het rooster leggen
(zie tabel).
Ovendeur sluiten en ovenknop instellen op
grillstand.
