Dans ce mode, l’élément supérieur, l’élément inférieur et le ventilateur sont activés. La chaleur
est répartie de façon homogène dans le four. Ce mode convient aux grandes quantités qui
nécessitent un apport de chaleur, comme les gratins et les gâteaux de grande taille.
La plaque de four ou la grille pour la plaque
en céramique est généralement insérée au
niveau 2/3.
* Réglage des températures : de 40 à 230 °C.
* Utilisez des plats allant au four et qui supportent une température de 230 °C.
