GEBRUIK
Kookinstellingen
Aangezien de instellingen afhankelijk zijn van de hoeveelheid en samenstelling van het gerecht in
de pan, geldt de onderstaande tabel alleen als richtlijn.
Gebruik de boost-instelling voor:
snel aan de kook brengen van voedsel of vloeistof;
slinken van groene groenten;
verhitten van olie en vet;
wokken.
Gebruik instelling 9 voor:
aanbraden van vlees;
bereiden van vis;
bakken van omeletten;
bakken van gekookte aardappelen;
frituren van voedsel.
Gebruik instelling 7 en 8 voor:
bakken van dikke pannenkoeken;
bakken van dikke lappen gepaneerd vlees;
bakken van bacon (vet);
koken van rauwe aardappelen;
bakken van wentelteefjes;
bakken van gepaneerde vis;
doorkoken van pasta;
bakken van dunne (gepaneerde) lappen vlees.
Gebruik instelling 4-6 voor:
doorkoken van grote hoeveelheden;
ontdooien van harde groenten;
bakken van dikke lappen gepaneerd vlees.
Gebruik instelling 1-3 voor:
trekken van bouillon;
stoven van vlees;
zacht koken van groenten;
smelten van chocolade;
pocheren;
smelten van kaas.
Kooktips
Verlaag de temperatuurinstelling wanneer het eten begint te koken.
Door een deksel te gebruiken, verkort u kooktijden en bespaart u energie doordat de
warmte wordt vastgehouden.
Beperk de hoeveelheid vloeistof of vet om de kooktijden te verkorten.
Begin met koken op een hoge temperatuur en verlaag de instelling wanneer het eten
goed is verhit.
