Worauf Sie achten müssen
Sandkörner können Kratzer verursachen, die nicht mehr zu entfernen sind.
■ Stellen Sie nur Töpfe mit sauberem Boden auf ein Kochfeld.
■ Heben Sie Töpfe immer hoch, wenn sie weggestellt werden müssen.
■ Benutzen Sie das Kochfeld nicht als Arbeitsfläche.
Schieben Sie den Topfboden über ein feuchtes Tuch, bevor Sie den Topf auf die
Kochfläche setzen. So kann verhindert werden, daß Sandkörner oder ähnliches
auf die Kochfläche geraten.
Obwohl die Warmhaltefläche einen Durchmesser von 13 cm hat, sind alle
Topfgrößen geeignet. Die Wärmeleitung von Töpfen ist im allgemeinen so gut,
daß der Topfdurchmesser zum Warmhalten von Speisen nicht so wichtig ist.
