■ The arrangement of some dishwasher
models can be varied: the dish racks can
be placed in different positions or removed
altogether.
Cutlery basket
■ Place knives, forks and spoons in the
cutlery basket with the handle downwards.
Always check that the sprinklers can turn
freely.
The first cycle (see Fig. 2a/2b)
■ Close the door and turn the tap on fully.
■ Turn the programme selection button
clockwise to the required setting (see the
table for programme selection on
pages 22 – 24).
■ Start the machine by pressing the on/off
button (see Fig. 2a, 2b and 2c). The on/off
indicator will light up.
End of programme
■ The dishwasher will stop automatically
once the programme has finished.
■ Switch the appliance off by pressing the
on/off button.
■ If you have selected a programme with a
drying cycle, you can empty the machine
after about 30 minutes. Keep the door
closed for that period.
■ Unload the dishwasher. Be careful:
– The kitchenware could be hot.
– Unload the lower basket first. If you
unload the upper basket first, drops of
water could fall on the kitchenware in the
lower basket.
Delaying the start time (depending on the
dishwasher model)
■ Switch on the appliance by pressing the
on/off button (see Fig. 2a, 2b and 2c) . The
on/off indicator will light up.
■ Delay the start time of the programme with
button ‘I’.
■ Turn the programme selection button
clockwise to the required setting (see the
table for programme selection on
pages 22 – 24).
