Reiniging en bescherming
Welke reinigingsmiddelen en waar te
verkrijgen?
Stahlfix: supermarkten, grootwarenhuizen,
drogisterijen.
Collo Profi: drogisterijen.
Schraper: (met mesje) drogisterijen, doe-het-
zelf zaken.
Wat u niet moet gebruiken
Krassende of agressieve reinigingsmiddelen,
zoals grill- en ovenspray, vlek- en
roestverwijderingsmiddelen, schuurzand of
dergelijke.
Ontstaan van krassen
Wanneer b.v. zandkorreltjes (denk aan
groenten schoonmaken) met de pan over de
kookplaat getrokken worden.
Scherpe randen van pannen
Bij het verschuiven van pannen kunnen
hierdoor krassen ontstaan, vooral opletten
met gietijzeren pannen.
Alles wat smelten kan
Kunststof, aluminiumfolie maar vooral
suikerhoudende gerechten moet u op een
afstand van de hete kookplaat houden.
Is er toch iets gesmolten, dan direkt met een
schraper verwijderen om beschadiging te
voorkomen.
Beschadigingen van suikerhoudende
gerechten
Deze kunt u grotendeels voorkomen door de
plaat regelmatig met Collo Profi te
behandelen. Door dit schoonmaakmiddel komt
er een siliconenfilm (beschermlaagje) op de
plaat. Deze siliconenfilm is echter niet lang
bestand tegen de hoge temperaturen die in de
kookzones optreden en moet daarom steeds
weer opnieuw aangebracht.
