Auftauen von tiefgefrorenem Blattgemüse.
Stufe 2 - 1
Bouillon ziehen lassen, Fleisch schmoren.
Warmhalten von Gerichten.
Durchkochen von kleinen Mengen.
Stufe 0
Durchkochen von Gerichten mit einer Kochzeit
von weniger als 10 Minuten, nachdem das
Gericht erst auf einem höheren Stand zum
Kochen gebracht wurde.
Anmerkung
Jede Kochzone der Kochplatte wird über die
Bedienungstafel des Ofens mit einem
11-stufigen Einstellregler bedient.
