Vlakgrilleren
Vlakgrilleren kunt u zowel met hetelucht als met
boven- en onderwarmte
Braadslede op richel 1 in de oven plaatsen.
Grillade midden op het rooster leggen.
Ovendeur sluiten.
Ovenknop op het door u gekozen systeem
instellen.
Donker vlees, zoals rundvlees, wild en
schapenvlees, wordt sneller bruin dan licht
vlees, zoals kalfsvlees, varkensvlees en
gevogelte. Licht vlees en visfilet worden aan de
buitenkant minder bruin, al zijn ze van binnen
gaar en sappig.
Het grilleren van vlees, direct op het rooster,
gaat vaak gepaard met rookontwikkeling,
doordat vetspetters inbranden op de bodem. U
kunt de rookontwikkeling beperken door de
braadslede te vullen met water en deze onder
het grillrooster te schuiven.
U heeft dan natuurlijk wel meer condensvorming.
Koele deur
Om veiligheidsredenen is het raadzaam om met
name tijdens het grilleren (wanneer kleine
kinderen in de buurt zijn) een koele deur te
gebruiken. Deze is op bestelling te verkrijgen bij
Pelgrim afdeling service en onderdelen.
