Operation

TURNING THE UNIT ON

Press the button to switch on the unit.

ADJUSTING THE ANTENNA

For optimal reception, extend the antenna,

move to fully extend and adjust it.

ADJUSTING THE VOLUME

The volume can be adjusted during play-

back with the volume control.

Time settings

The time can only be set in standby mode:

1. Press the EQ/CLOCK button for ap-

prox. 2 seconds. Select a time format

(24/12 hrs) with the / button

and conﬁ rm with EQ/CLOCK button.

2. The time (hr) appears ﬂ ashing on the

display. Set the time (hr and min) with

/ button and conﬁ rm each with

EQ/CLOCK button.

Mode

Press to select between:

– USB

– TUNER

– AUX IN

– BT

– DISC

You can also enter the mode directly with

the remote control.

Radio mode

1. Press on the product or FM on the

remote control to select Radio mode.

The display shows “TUNER”.

2. The radio changes to the last selected

station.

FREQUENCY SETTINGS

Set an FM radio station:

Manual frequency setting

• Push the button TUNE-/TUNE+ to

change the frequency in 0.05 MHz steps.

Automatic frequency searching

• Press and hold the button TUNE-/

TUNE+, the searching will be started

and stops when an active channel has

been found.

SAVING FM RADIO STATIONS

You can save a maximum of 40 preset FM

radio stations.

Automatic saving

Press and hold the button AUTO on the

remote control and all available stations will

be saved.

Manual saving

1. Set the desired FM station.

2. Press the PROG button and select a

memory preset with the / but-

ton.

3. Conﬁ rm your selection with the PROG

button.

4. The preset number of the saved station

is shown.

FM RADIO STATION SELECTION

Press the / button to call up a pre-

set channel.

Note:

Use RDS button in FM mode: Switches

between receiving frequency / Program

Service (Station Name) / PTY (Program

Type), radio text and CT (clock time), if the

station supports these functions and the

radio reception is adequate.

CD-mode

1. Press CD button on the remote control

to enter the CD mode.

2. Press the button to open the CD

tray.

3. Insert a CD with the label facing up.

4. Press the button to move back and

close the CD tray.

5. The playback will be started automati-

cally.

USB mode

1. Insert an USB Stick with MP3/WMA-

music ﬁ les.

2. Press on the product or USB on

the remote control to call up the USB

mode.

3. Playback starts automatically and the

ﬁ rst track will be played. If there is no

USB device connected, the message

NO USB device found will be dis-

played on the screen.

Note

Connect the USB device directly to the

USB port of the unit. Using an extension

cable is not recommended and may cause

interference and failure of data transfer.

This product supports USB 1.1 and 2.0 up

to 32GB with ﬁ le system FAT16 and FAT32.
