Hello, I am using this charger to continueously charge a (car-)battery which I am using to feed some outdoor LED lighting at night. Since a few weeks I sometimes see the intensity of the light go up and down. When I look at the charger, I see that the Red Led indicator "Charging" and the Green Led indicator "Fully Charged" flash alternately! When I then remove the charger from the power for one day, the other day it is functioning normally again. But after a few days it happens again!
