• Procure tener siempre un buen
soporte en las pendientes.
• Tenga especial cuidado cuando
gire la máquina hacia usted.
• Si entran objetos extraños en
la herramienta de corte o si la
máquina comienza a vibrar de
manera inusual o produce rui-
dos inusuales, interrumpa inme-
diatamente la corriente (STOP)
y deje que la máquina se pare.
Desconecte la máquina del su-
ministro de corriente y siga los
siguientes pasos antes de volver
a arrancarla y hacerla funcio-
nar:
- Compruebe si hay daños en
la máquina.
- Sustituya las piezas dañadas
o repárelas.
- Compruebe si hay alguna
pieza suelta y, dado el caso,
apriétela.
• Apague el aparato y espere
hasta que se detengan las cu-
chillas y retire la batería del
aparato en los siguientes casos:
- Antes de eliminar un bloqueo.
- Antes de revisar la máquina,
limpiarla o realizar trabajos
en ella.
- Para comprobar si la máquina
está dañada después de que
haya entrado un objeto extra-
ño.
- Para una comprobación in-
mediata en caso de que la
máquina empiece a vibrar de
forma anormal.
• Encienda el motor siguiendo las
instrucciones y solo cuando sus
pies se encuentren a una distan-
cia de seguridad con respecto a
las herramientas de corte.
• Encienda el aparato con cui-
dado de acuerdo con las in-
dicaciones de este manual de
instrucciones. Procure mantener
una distancia suciente de sus
pies con respecto a las cuchillas
en rotación.
No está permitido elevar ni
transportar el aparato mientras
el motor está en funcionamien-
to. Apague el aparato cuando
sea necesario inclinarlo para
su transporte, cuando se vayan
a atravesar otras supercies
que no sean césped y cuando
se vaya a trasladar el aparato
hacia o desde las supercies de
siega.
• No trabaje con un aparato de-
teriorado, incompleto o si se ha
remodelado sin la autorización
del fabricante.
• No sobrecargue el aparato. Tra-
baje únicamente con el rango
de potencia indicado y no mo-
dique los ajustes de regulación
del motor. No utilice máquinas
de poco rendimiento para tra-
bajos pesados. No utilice el
aparato para nes no previstos.
• No utilice el aparato cerca de
líquidos inamables o gases.
Si no se respeta este requisito,
existe peligro de incendio o de
explosión.
