♦ Abra la cubierta de la unidad de alimentación del alambre ; para
ello, gire el bloqueo
(observe la flecha) hasta la posición UNLOCK
(consulte la fig. 1).

♦ Para desencastrar la unidad del rodillo, gire el soporte del rodillo A
90° en sentido antihorario (consulte la fig. 2).
♦ Retire la unidad del rodillo del eje (consulte la fig. 2).

INDICACIÓN
► Asegúrese de que el extremo del alambre no se suelte y desenrolle
la bobina. El extremo del alambre solo puede soltarse durante el
montaje.
♦ Desembale completamente la bobina de alambre tubular
para que
pueda desenrollarse sin problemas. No suelte todavía el extremo del
alambre (consulte la fig. 3).
♦ Coloque la bobina de alambre sobre el eje. Para ello, asegúrese de
que la bobina se desenrolle por el lateral de la guía del alambre C
(consulte la fig. 3).
♦ Vuelva a colocar el soporte del rodillo A y gírelo 90° en sentido
horario mientras ejerce presión para bloquearlo (consulte la fig. 3).

♦ Afloje el tornillo de ajuste D y pivótelo hacia arriba (consulte la fig. 4).

♦ Gire la unidad del rodillo de presión E hacia un lado (consulte la fig. 5).

♦ Gire el soporte del rodillo de alimentación F en sentido antihorario
para soltarlo y tire de este hacia arriba (consulte la fig. 6).
♦ Compruebe en la parte superior del rodillo de alimentación G si se
especifica el grosor del alambre correspondiente. En caso necesario,
debe darse la vuelta al rodillo de alimentación o cambiarlo.
El alambre de soldadura suministrado (Ø0,9mm) debe utilizarse
en el rodillo de alimentación G con el siguiente grosor de alambre
de Ø1,0mm. ¡El alambre debe quedar en la ranura superior!
