Reinigen/Reparatur
des Luftfilters
(Abb. A, P)
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht ohne
Luftfilter, da es sonst zu Schäden
durch Staub und Schmutz im Motor
kommen kann.
1. Li-Ion Startbatterie (9) entnehmen.
2. Zündkerzenstecker (16) entfernen
(siehe "Wartung der Zündkerze")
3. Luftfiltergehäuse (12) öffnen und Luftfilter
(13) herausnehmen.
4. Bei übermäßiger Verschmutzung des
Filters den Filter auf eine harte Oberfläche
klopfen, um Verschmutzungen zu lösen
und zu entfernen.
5. Filter wieder in das Luftfiltergehäuse (12)
einsetzen und Gehäuse schließen.
Wartung der Zündkerze
(Abb. A, Q)
Eine verschlissene Zündkerze und
ein zu breiter Zündspalt können die
Motorleistung beeinträchtigen.
1. Zündkerzenstecker (16) durch
gleichzeitiges Ziehen und Drehen von der
Zündkerze (17) abziehen.
2. Zündkerze (17) mit dem mitgelieferten
Zündkerzenschlüssel (38)
entgegen
dem Uhrzeigersinn
herausdrehen.
3. Zündspalt mit einer Fühlerlehre (im
Fachhandel erhältlich) prüfen. Die
Zündspaltbreite muss zwischen 0,7 und
0,8 mm betragen.
4. Zündspalt ggf. durch leichtes Biegen
der Erdungselektrode an der Zündkerze
regulieren.
5. Zündkerze mit einer Drahtbürste reinigen.
6. Die gereinigte und eingestellte Zündkerze
einsetzen bzw. eine beschädigte
Zündkerze auswechseln. Die Zündkerze
muss mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel mit
einem Anziehdrehmoment von 20 Nm
eingebaut werden.
Motorölwechsel
(Abb. A, S)
Für den Motorölwechsel müssen der
Benzintank leer und der Motor warm
sein. Leeren Sie den Benzintank mit
einer geeigneten Benzin-Handpumpe.
Alternativ kann das Gerät auch so
betankt werden, dass das gesamte
Benzin während des Betriebs
verbraucht wird.
• Wechseln Sie das Motoröl erstmals
nach ca. 5 Betriebsstunden, danach
jeweils nach
50 Betriebsstunden oder einmal
jährlich aus.
• Altöl ist ein gefährliches
Abfallprodukt und muss
vorschriftsmäßig entsorgt werden.
Das Altöl muss umweltfreundlich
entsorgt werden (siehe „Entsorgung
/ Umweltschutz“).
1. Li-Ion Startbatterie (9) entfernen.
2. Zündkerzenstecker (16) entfernen (siehe
„Warten der Zündkerze“).
3. Öltankverschluss/Ölmessstab (8)
entfernen und Motoröl mit einer Ölpumpe
auspumpen oder das Öl über das obere
Öleinfüllrohr auskippen. Die Motorseite,
auf der sich die Zündkerze befindet, muss
dabei hochgehalten werden.
4. Nachfüllen von Motoröl (siehe
„Erstbetrieb“).
