Fresatura con registro
parallelo
Con il registro parallelo si possono fresare
scanalature e proli guidando il registro
parallelo ad una distanza predenita sul
bordo del pezzo da lavorare.
1. Inserire il registro parallelo (24)
con le barre di guida (29) nelle
barre di guida (15) della base
(10). Stringere le viti di fermo (9).
2. Guidare l‘apparecchio acceso
con una pressione laterale sul
registro parallelo (24) lungo il
bordo del pezzo da lavorare.
Fresatura con manicotto di
copiatura
Con l‘ausilio del manicotto di copiatura
(25) è possibile trasferire i contorni dei
campioni sui pezzi da lavorare.
Inserimento del manicotto
di copiatura:
1. Svitare eventualmente l‘adattato-
re di aspirazione.
2. Inserire il manicotto di copiatura
(25) dal basso nella piastra scor-
revole (11). L‘anello scorrevole
(26) deve puntare verso il basso.
3. Fissare il manicotto di copiatura
(25) con le viti a intaglio in dota-
zione (21).
Inserimento della fresatrice:
4. Inserire una fresatrice il cui dia-
metro è minore del diametro in-
terno del manicotto di copiatura
(25).
5. Impostare la profondità di fresa-
tura desiderata (vedere „Messa
in servizio“).
Fresatura con manicotto di
copiatura
6. Allentare la leva di bloccaggio
(19) e abbassare l‘apparec-
chio verso il basso no a rag-
giungere la profondità di fresatu-
ra precedentemente impostata.
7. Guidare l‘apparecchio con il
manicotto di copiatura sporgente
(25) lungo il modello. Lavorare
con una pressione leggera.
Il modello deve essere alto almeno
quanto l‘anello scorrevole (26) del
manicotto di copiatura (25).
Fresatura con punta di
centratura
Con l‘ausilio della punta di centratura è
possibile eseguire lavori di fresatura circo-
lari.
1. Ruotare il registro parallelo (24)
in modo che il bordo di battuta
sia rivolto verso l‘alto.
2. Con l‘ausilio del galletto avvitare
saldamente la punta di centra-
tura (23) sul registro parallelo.
Contornare in tal caso la punta
di centratura con il foro oblungo
della chiave a brugola ( 27).
3. Avvitare le barre di guida (29)
del registro parallelo (24) sulla
base (10) e stringere le viti di
fermo (9).
4. Innestare la punta di centratura
(23) nel punto intermedio con-
trassegnato del cerchio da fresa-
re.
5. Guidare l‘apparecchio come un
cerchio intorno alla punta di cen-
tratura (23) nel cerchio.
