OTHER CONNECTION OPTIONS (contd)
Bi-wiring
Bi-wiring can improve clarity and bass
solidity. Two cables per speaker are required.
Connect speakers as shown (Fig. 9).
Bi-amplifying
Bi-amplification dedicates individual amplifier
channels to each of your speakers driver
sections. This configuration will optimize
channel separation and enhance soundstaging
and image localization. To ensure that an
accurate spectral balance is maintained, two
identical amplifiers (brand and model) are
required. Make sure they are operating in
the same non-bridged or bridged mode.
NOTE: If you choose to bi-amplify speakers with built-in powered subwoofers, you will actually be tri-amplifying your
system, since there are already subwoofer amplifiers built in. Tri-amplifying will even further optimize your system.
Vertical bi-amplification dedicates
one amplifier to each speaker. This
configuration will provide complete
channel separation, which will further
optimize your systems imaging ability.
Connect your speakers to one amplifier at
a time, as shown (Fig. 10).
Horizontal bi-amplification dedicates
one amplifier to your speakers mid/low
frequency inputs and another to their high-
frequency inputs. This configuration can
maintain better clarity if you listen at loud
levels if low-frequency demands cause
amplifier clipping, distortion will still be
kept away from high-frequency drivers.
Connect your speakers to one amplifier at
a time, as shown (Fig. 11).

AUTRES OPTIONS DE RACCORDEMENT (contd)
On doit alors utiliser
deux câbles de raccordement pour chaque
enceinte. Raccorder les enceintes selon les
indications de la fig. 9.
fig. 11.
