∫ Come tenere un disco o una scheda
Non toccate la superficie registrata o quella del terminale.
∫ Se è presente sporcizia sul disco
Pulire il disco con l'apposito panno di pulizia in dotazione. Strofinare il panno dal centro del disco
verso l'esterno per rimuovere lo sporco. Non applicare forza quando si strofina il disco, poiché può
graffiarsi. Inoltre, non utilizzare solventi (diluenti, acqua, agenti antistatici, detergenti e così via).
∫ Precauzioni sull’utilizzo
≥ Prestate attenzione a graffi e sporcizia.
≥ Non apponete etichette o adesivi sui dischi (il disco potrebbe piegarsi e la rotazione sbilanciarsi,
rendendo il disco inutilizzabile).
≥ Scrivete sul lato etichetta del disco solo con un pennarello indelebile a punta morbida. Non utiliz-
zate penne a sfera o altri strumenti con punta dura.
≥ Non utilizzate spray, benzina o liquidi per la prevenzione di elettricità statica o altri solventi per
la pulizia dei dischi.
≥ Non utilizzate dispositivi o coperchi di protezione dai graffi.
≥ Non esponente i terminali della scheda a acqua, sporcizia o polvere.
≥ Non lasciate cadere, accatastate o urtate i dischi. Non posizionate oggetti sopra di essi.
≥ Non utilizzate i seguenti dischi:
– Dischi con adesivi esposti a seguito della rimozione di adesivi o etichette.
– Dischi molto piegati o graffiati.
– Dischi con forma irregolare, ad esempio a forma di cuore.
≥ Non collocate i dischi nelle seguenti aree:
– Alla luce diretta del sole.
– In luoghi molto polverosi o umidi.
– Vicino a un riscaldatore.
– Luoghi suscettibili a notevoli escursioni termiche (può formarsi della condensa).
– Luoghi in cui è presente elettricità statica o onde elettromagnetiche.
≥ Per proteggere i dischi e le schede, riponeteli nelle apposite custodie quando non li utilizzate.
