Die Zeitangaben sind abhängig von der Temperatur, Form und Struktur des Lebensmittels und können daher nur
Anhaltswerte sein.
Bereiten Sie die Lebensmittel wie gewohnt vor, z.B. Fische ausnehmen und ggf. entschuppen und Geflügel mit
Gewürzen einreiben. Garen Sie Hähnchenschenkel immer zuerst mit der Hautseite nach unten, bevor Sie das
Geflügel wenden.
Die Lebensmittel werden zum Grillen generell auf den Rost
gelegt.
Stellen Sie zusätzlich einen hitzebeständigen
Teller unter den Rost, um die Verschmutzung so gering wie möglich zu halten oder um den Bratensaft bzw. Sud auf-
zufangen. Einige der hier angegebenen Lebensmittel werden im Zwei-Phasen-Kochvorgang zubereitet.
