Microgolven kunnen gebak beter gaar
krijgen in ronde bakvormen of savarin-
vormen.
De vormen invetten of bekleden met bak-
papier. De vormen vooral niet met bloem
bestrooien, want zo zou een harde korst
gevormd worden.
Bakken van droge deegsoorten
Ook zanddeeg en bladerdeeg kunnen per-
fect met microgolven worden gebakken.
Rol het deeg echter wel eerst heel dun uit.
Druk het vervolgens aan in de bakvorm en
snij het overtollige deeg af.
Doorprik de bodem met een vork en zet de
vorm met het deeg minstens 20 min. in
een koele ruimte voor u hem in de oven
zet.
Leg een stuk keukenpapier over de deeg-
bodem en zet de oven 3 tot 4 min. op
HOOG 1000 W vermogen. Het deeg
moet er droog uitzien.
Breng dan de garnituur van uw keuze aan
op de deegbodem.
Het is echter wel beter als u de combinatie
warme lucht en microgolf op laag vermo-
gen gebruikt.
