tildækning under optøning. Beskyt vinger, bryst og fedt
med glatte stykker aluminiumsfolie, der er fastgjort med
tandstikker. Folien må ikke røre ved ovnens vægge. Kødet
skal have en hviletid på 1 til 2 timer før tilberedning. Vend og
tildæk ved bip.

100 g - 800 g
Små eller store brød, hvide eller fuldkorns. Anbring brødet på
et stykke køkkenrulle. Tryk på Turbo-optøning tre gange og
vend ved bip. /ad brødet stå i 5 minutter (hvidt, lyst brød) til
30 minutter (tungt rugbrød). Skær store brød i to i hviletiden.
