P: ¿Por qué no se enciende el horno?
R: Cuando el horno no se encienda,
compruebe los siguientes puntos:
1.
¿El horno está correctamente
enchufado?
Retire el enchufe de la toma, espere
10 segundos y vuelva a enchufarlo.
2.
Compruebe el disyuntor y el fusible.
Reajuste el disyuntor y sustituya el
fusible si ha saltado o se ha fundido.
3.
Si el disyuntor y el fusible están en
buenas condiciones, pruebe a enchufar
otro aparato en la toma. Si el otro
aparato funciona, es probable que el
horno tenga algún problema. Si el otro
aparato no funciona, es probable que la
toma tenga algún problema.
Si el problema guarda relación con el
horno, póngase en contacto con un
servicio técnico autorizado.
P: El horno produce interferencias con
el televisor. ¿Se trata de algo
normal?
R: Pueden producirse algunas
interferencias de radio y televisión
cuando se cocina con el horno. Estas
interferencias son similares a las
ocasionadas por pequeños aparatos
como batidoras, aspiradoras,
secadores, etc. No se trata de un
problema con el horno.
P: En ocasiones, sale aire caliente de
las salidas de aire del horno. ¿Por
qué?
R: El calor que desprende los alimentos
cocinados calienta el aire presente en
la cavidad del horno. Este aire caliente
es expulsado del horno mediante el
patrón de ujo de aire del horno. El aire
no contiene microondas. No deben
bloquearse las salidas de aire del horno
durante la cocción.
P: ¿Puedo utilizar un termómetro de
horno convencional en el horno?
R: Solo cuando esté utilizando el modo de
cocción con GRILL. El metal de
algunos termómetros puede ocasionar
que se generen arcos eléctricos en el
horno; no debe utilizarse en los modos
de cocción MICROONDAS y
COMBINACIÓN.
P: Se oyen chasquidos y zumbidos
procedentes del horno durante la
cocción en COMBINACIÓN. ¿A qué
se deben estos ruidos?
R: Los ruidos se producen cuando el
horno cambia automáticamente de
MICROONDAS a GRILL para crear el
ajuste de cocción COMBINADA. Esto
no supone un fallo.
P: El horno despide olor y genera humo
cuando se utiliza la función de
cocción de COMBINACIÓN y la de
GRILL. ¿Por qué?
R: Tras el uso repetido, se recomienda
limpiar el horno y hacer funcionar el
GRILL sin alimentos, sin la bandeja de
cristal y sin el anillo giratorio durante 5
minutos. Esto quemará cualquier resto
de alimentos, residuos o aceite que
puedan producir olor y/o humo.
