1. Agitar el líquido antes de calentarlo

refrigeración. Remover al sonar el pitido. Dejarlos unos pocos
minutos en reposo.

Todos los alimentos deben estar precocinados y congela-
dos. Remover cuando suene el pitido. Al término de la cocción,
remover los alimentos y dejarlos en reposo de 2 a 3 minutos.

Para cocinar verduras frescas. Colocar las verduras en un
recipiente. Rociarlas con 6 cucharadas (90ml) de agua. Cubrirlas
ligeramente con film perforado o con una tapa. Deberá remover-
las en cuanto suene el pitido.

Para cocinar verduras congeladas. Colocarlas en un recipiente
del tamaño adecuado, añadir 2 cucharadas (30ml) de agua.
Cubrirlas ligeramente con un film perforado o con una tapadera.
Remover las verduras cuando suene el pitido.

Para cocinar piezas o filetes de pescado fresco. Tape las por-
ciones más finas, sitúelas en un recipiente adecuado. Añadir 2

perforado o con una tapadera.
