Pour 4 ou 6 personnes
1 oignon, haché
2 gousses d’ail hachées
15 ml d’huile d’olive
1 courgette coupée en 4 sur la
longueur et nement tranchée
1 carotte en dés
2 brins de céleri tranchés
600 ml de bouillon de légumes
15 ml de sucre
15 ml de purée de tomate
400 g de tomates en conserve,
hachées
1 feuille de laurier
1 branche de thym
150 g de pois chiches en
conserve, égouttés
Accessoires: Plat Crispy et
couvercle
Soupe Minestrone
1. Mélangez tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Steam Plus.
Couvrez avec le couvercle, placez sur la plaque en verre et
laissez cuire à 1000 W pendant 30 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que les
légumes soient tendres. Remuez à mi-cuisson.
2. Laissez reposer pendant 5 minutes puis servez. Enlever le laurier
et le thym. Assaisonner à votre goût.

250 g de morue, sans peau et

250 g de mélange de fruits de mer
4 grosses crevettes fraîches
Accessoires: Plat Crispy et
couvercle
Bouillabaisse
1� Mélangez tous les ingrédients dans le récipient Steam Plus.
Couvrez avec le couvercle, placez sur la plaque en verre et laissez
cuire à 1000 W pendant 20 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que le poisson
soit cuit�
2� Enlevez le thym. Assaisonner à votre goût.
