1 takje tijm
150 g kikkererwten uit blik,
uitgelekt
Accessoire: Crisp-pan en deksel
Minestronesoep
1� Combineer alle ingrediënten in de Steam Plus pot� Breng het
deksel aan, plaats het geheel op het glazen draaiplateau en kook
30 minuten op 1000 W of totdat de groenten zacht zijn� Roer het
gerecht halverwege de bereidingstijd een keer door
2� Laat 5 minuten rusten alvorens te serveren� Verwijder het
laurierblad en de tijm� Breng op smaak�

¼ sinaasappelschil, geraspt
2 saraandraadjes
5 ml chilisaus
250 g kabeljauw, ontveld en in
stukken gesneden
250 g gemengd zeebanket
4 grote verse garnalen
Accessoire: Crisp-pan en deksel
Bouillabaisse
1� Combineer alle ingrediënten in de Steam Plus pot� Breng het
deksel aan, plaats het geheel op het glazen draaiplateau en kook
20 minuten op 1000 W of let erop dat de vis niet te gaar wordt�
2� Verwijder het laurierblad en de tijm� Breng op smaak�
