DOBA NA ODSTÁTÍ

Jednotlivé porce je moÏné vaﬁit okamÏitû po

rozmrazení, ale velké porce jsou zpravidla promr-

zlé ve stﬁedu. Pﬁed vaﬁením je nechejte minimál-

nû

1 hodinu odstát. Bûhem této doby se teplota

rovnomûrnû rozdûlí po celém objemu pokrmu,

a tím se dokonãí rozmrazování. POZNÁMKA:

Pokud pokrm nebudete hned pﬁipravovat, umístûte

jej do chladniãky. RozmraÏené pokrmy nikdy

znovu nezamrazujte bez pﬁedchozí úpravy.

PEâENù A DRÒBEÎ

Kusy peãenû je vhodné umístit na obrácen˘ talíﬁ

nebo plastov˘ stojánek, aby neleÏely ve ‰Èávû.

Tenké nebo vyãnívající ãásti je nutné zakr˘t

hliníkovou fólií, aby se neuvaﬁily. Malé kousky

alobalu je moÏné v mikrovlnné troubû bez prob-

lémÛ pouÏívat, pokud se nedot˘kají stûn trouby.

umístûte je do stﬁedu otoãného talíﬁe, nebo je

zakryjte.

Bochníky chleba potﬁebují odstát, aby se rozm-

razily aÏ do stﬁedu. Doba stání se zkrátí, pokud

oddûlíte krajíce, nebo celé bochníky a rohlíky

rozkrojíte na polovinu.
