Cuisson au four
Le Plateau Gril et le four deviennent très chauds. Utilisez des gants de cuisine
ou des maniques pour enfourner ou retirer le plat ou les accessoires en fin de
cuisson.
Attention !
Vous pouvez utiliser le Plateau Gril comme plat de cuisson pour rôtir des pommes
de terre ou des légumes, et pour cuire des gâteaux et des cookies. Il est également
idéal pour réchauffer des pâtisseries précuites.
Rôtir des légumes/pommes de terre :
Placer le Plateau Gril en position basse.
Réchauffer :
Placer le Plateau Gril en position basse.
Guide des températures de cuisson au four
Pour obtenir une cuisson optimale, placez toujours les aliments dans un four
préchauffé. N’oubliez pas que pour faciliter la programmation des températures les
plus couramment utilisées, votre four démarre à 150 °C et la température augmente
par palier de 10 °C jusqu’à 220 °C, puis revient à 30 °C dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre. Les aliments sont généralement cuits à découvert - sauf si
cela est indiqué dans les instructions ou la recette.
