20 g geraspte parmezaan
Benodigdheden: 1 kleine Pyrex® kom
Accessoires: Vierkante panacrunch-
pan
Vul het waterreservoir
1. Leg de courgettes in de vierkante panacrunch-pan en plaats
de pan op het bovenste ovenniveau. Laat de garnalen
15 minuten garen, stand STOOM 1.
2. Verwarm de oven voor op OVEN 200 ºC.
3. Meng alle ingrediënten voor de vulling in een kleine Pyrex®
kom. Strooi het mengsel over de courgettes en sprenkel de
resterende olijfolie erover.
4. Plaats de panacrunch-pan op het onderste ovenniveau en bak
de courgettes in ca. 10-15 minuten goudbruin, stand OVEN
200 °C.

350 g couscous
5 ml kurkuma (geelwortel)
2,5 ml kaneel
500 ml hete groentebouillon
1 ui, gesnipperd
15 ml olijfolie
1 teentje knoook, geplet
1 rode paprika, in blokjes
1 oranje paprika, in blokjes
2 kleine courgettes, in plakjes
100 g champignons
100 g gehalveerde cherrytomaten
1 citroen, sap en geraspte schil
½ bosje koriander, grofgehakt
Benodigdheden: 2 grote Pyrex®
ovenschalen met deksel
Accessoires: geen
Vul het waterreservoir
1. Doe de couscous, kurkuma en kaneel in een grote Pyrex®
ovenschaal. Schenk de bouillon over de couscous. Plaats
de schaal 10 minuten op de ovenbodem, stand STOOM 1 +
MAGNETRON 440 W. Maak eventuele klontjes jn met een
vork.
2. Doe de uien, olijfolie en knoook in een grote Pyrex®
ovenschaal. Plaats de schaal op de ovenbodem. Zet de schaal
met het deksel erop ca. 4-5 minuten op stand MAGNETRON
1000 W in de oven tot de uien zacht zijn.
3. Voeg de paprika's, courgettes en champignons toe. Zet de
schaal opnieuw met het deksel erop 8-10 minuten in de oven,
stand MAGNETRON 1000 W.
4. Meng de gekookte groente, tomaten, citroen en koriander door
de couscous.
