Panini con pomodori secchi
In una grande terrina, mescolare la farina, il lievito e il sale e
aggiungere i pomodori. Poco alla volta, aggiungere l’olio d’oliva,


minuti. Dividere la pasta in 6 e porre sul ripiano smaltato. Lasciar

oppure infornare in modalità CONVEZIONE a 40 °C Preriscaldare
in modalità CONVEZIONE a 220 °C. Versarvi sopra un altro po’ di
olio d’oliva e cospargere di sale marino grosso. Cuocere in modalità

Focaccia
In una grande terrina, mescolare la farina, il lievito e il sale. Poco alla


impastare per 10 minuti. Mettere in una terrina unta, coprire e lasciar

la pasta raddoppia di dimensioni. Ripiegare la pasta su se stessa e
impastare nuovamente per qualche minuto. Premere la pasta su uno
stampo rotondo unto di 25 cm, coprire e lasciar lievitare al caldo o in
modalità CONVENZIONE a 40 °C per circa 30 minuti. Preriscaldare
il forno in modalità CONVENZIONE a 190 °C con il ripiano smaltato

Versarvi sopra un altro po’ di olio d’oliva e cospargere di sale marino
grosso. Far cuocere in modalità CONVENZIONE a 190 °C per 20 o
25 minuti con uno SCARICA DI VAPORE per 3 minuti a due terzi della
cottura. Rimuovere attentamente dallo stampo e lasciar raffreddare su
una griglia.

1 bustina di lievito in polvere
da 7 ml
5 ml di sale,
25 g di pomodori secchi,
tritati grossolanamente
45 ml di olio d’oliva,
75 ml di passata
75 ml di acqua calda.
5 ml di olio d’oliva
Accessori: Ripiano smaltato

1 Focaccia
400 g di farina d manitoba,
1 bustina di lievito in polvere,
10 ml di sale,
75 g di olio d’oliva
10 ml di sale marino grosso
Contenitore: 1 stampo tondo
(Ø 25 cm)
