Impasto per dolci
Pithiviers
Montare lo zucchero, mandorle, il burro, l'uovo e il rum insieme. Dividere
la pasta a metà e arrotolare ogni pezzo in un cerchio di 23 cm. Mettere
1 cerchio sulla carta da forno e spargere il ripieno nel centro entro 2 cm
dal bordo. Disegnare 8 barre crescenti nel secondo cerchio. Inumidire
i bordi del primo cerchio di pasta con l'acqua. Collocare il secondo
cerchio in cima, sigillando bene i bordi. Battere e modellare i bordi con
le dita. Collocare la torta sul ripiano in vetro nella posizione inferiore e
cuocere in modalità COMBINAZIONE:
per 12-17 min. Quando è cotto spargere zucchero a velo in cima.
Bignè
Sciogliere il burro e acqua insieme sul fondo del forno a MICROONDE


composto uniforme. Far raffreddare lievemente. Aggiungere un uovo

