Gedämpfte Knoblauchgarnelen
nach chinesischer Art
1. Ofen im Modus Heißluft auf 220 °C vorheizen. Kürbis
in Öl schwenken, auf dem Emailleblech verteilen und
in der unteren Position in den Ofen einschieben. 35–40
Minuten lang bei 220 °C Heißluft garen.
2. Zwiebel und Butter in einer Auflaufform auf den
Geräteboden stellen. Im Modus Kombi 1 6 Minuten
lang garen. Reis und Brühe dazugeben und 10 Minu-
ten lang bei 1000 W garen. Umrühren und weitere 10
Minuten bei 1000 W garen.
3. Kürbis, Salbei, Wein und Parmesan dazugeben und
verrühren. Wieder auf den Geräteboden stellen, ohne
den Deckel darauf zu setzen. Den Spinat in die Glas-
form geben, dieses auf den Metallrost stellen und in
der oberen Einschubposition in das Gerät schieben.
Im Modus Kombi 1 4 Minuten lang garen.

1. Garnelen gründlich waschen. Sojasoße, Knoblauch
und Brandy in einer Schüssel vermischen. Die Gar-
nelen in ein flaches Gefäß geben und mit der Soja-
soßenmasse bedecken. Auf dem Geräteboden 12 bis
17 Minuten im Modus Dampf 1 garen, bis die Garnelen
milchig trüb erscheinen. Heiß servieren.

250 g Risotto-Reis
450 ml heiße Gemüsebrühe

50 g Parmesan, fein gerieben
130 g Spinat
