Citroentaart
Bereidingstijd: 25 min. - 4/6 pers. - SNELKOOKPROGRAMMA
TAART
Benodigdheden: 1 metalen taartvorm van Ø 24 cm + 1 kom
Het sap en de schil van 2 citroenen
100 g amandelpoeder
60 g boter
130 g suiker
3 tl maïzena
4 eieren
1 rol het kruimeldeeg met boter
Leg het deeg in de taartvorm zonder bakpapier. Doe de suiker, de amandelpoeder en de
citroenschillen in de kom. Voeg de eieren één voor één toe, evenals de gesmolten boter en
het met maïzena gebonden citroensap. Verwarm de oven met het lage rooster en de
beschermring voor met het snelkookprogramma TAART 4-6 (prog. 20). Plaats de taart met
de vulling in de oven en druk op 'Aan'. Neem de taart aan het einde van de bereidingstijd
uit de vorm en laat hem afkoelen op een rooster.
