Zachte Chocoladataartjes
Bereidingstijd: ca. 12 min. - 12-14 pers. - MAGNETRON en HET-
ELUCHT
Benodigdheden: 1 kom + 1 hoge, metalen bakvorm van Ø 22 cm
110 g boter
100 g suiker
130 g chocolade
2 tl meel
1 tl amandelpoeder

Smelt de gesneden in stukjes chocolade 2 tot 3 min. in de kom met boter op 600W. Voeg
de suiker de bloem, de gist en de amandelpoeder toe en dan één voor één de eieren. Klop
het mengsel 1 minuut met de elektrische garde. Boter de bakvorm zorgvuldig in en leg een
rond stuk bakpapier op de bodem. Garneer de bakvorm met het mengsel en laat dit ruim 2
uur in de koelkast staan. Verwarm de oven met het lage rooster en de beschermring voor
op Combi HETELUCHT 230° + 100W. Plaats de bakvorm in de oven en bak het gebak
gedurende 14 min. Laat het vervolgens 3 tot 4 min. staan in de bakvorm buiten de oven en
neem uit de vorm. U kunt deze zachte chocoladetaartjes ook in afzonderlijke
ovenschaaltjes bakken (6 beboterde ovenschaaltjes, 2 flinke soeplepels van het mengsel
per ovenschaaltje en dan 1 uur in de koelkast). Doe de schaaltjes in de warme oven en
bak het gerecht 16 tot 18 min. op 220° convectie, al naar gelang de gewenste stevigheid.
(U kunt deze gebakjes enkele dagen in de koelkast bewaren en afzonderlijk gedurende 30
tot 40 sec. opwarmen op 440W.).
